Larry August

April 5, 2008

Larry August
I do not know what time it is.
I don't know what day.
The air and chill, it seems will offer me the way
A second seems like years,
and years are just a dream.
Look over the shoulder and see the tears
and those tears are not what they seem.
I have been gone for a very long time
But it was just a moment ago,
and to me and to you,
we can never decide
Time is here, always will be.
Feelings, touch, hearing; the things we cannot see.
You can see them when you close your eyes
and understand and feel.....
.....that nothing ever dies.
