Treasurer's Report

Old Business

Camping Trip
Was moved to Manzano State Park. (The trip was cancelled)

Toy Run
Christmas in July is scheduled for July 24th. It has been cleared with the Ponderosa to end there. Starting at Los Altos the run will include a stop at Molly’s run up 344 or Frost Rd to Doc Long’s Picnic area. A motion was made to purchase and “easy up awning” for use at events and was passed. Contact Sharp with your raffle prizes to benefit the Sanctuary Zone. Admission is one toy or two cans of food per person. More details will be discussed at the next meeting.

Update on Joe
Joe is doing well. It takes about 2 and one and a half hours to change his dressings. Wounds are healing well on both legs. We need to offer our support, and take the time to go by and see him. Don’t stay too long as pain is still an issue. His attitude is good, still wants to be State treasurer, and enjoys visitors. It is really important for he and Shirley right now that we show our support. Address is 235 Elm Street, room 304 B. Visiting hours are 9am-9pm

Next Meeting
The July 3rd meeting is cancelled and the next one will be Sun July 17th at the Ponderosa.
